Care today — It's our tomorrow
“In Ghana, so many of the problems with our youth is systemic and are created by a multitude of circumstances and situations, some developed over years, some decades and some much further than that. Yet we are running like headless chickens hidden behind the politicians in election years accusing and blaming the youth for the status of the country, for problems within our schools and homes, for possible mayhem during election.
This stereotype of young people and the irrational fear we have of them have no place in modern society “what we do to the youth, they will do to society” if those words ring true, then we are in for a whole lot of trouble and if we don’t counter the trend, our youth will increasingly lack the emotional resilience and social competence that is needed to make society a safe, fair and happy place.”
